Member session: MPI and NZ Winegrowers Vineyard Monitoring Report release

The Vineyard Monitoring Programme is part of the Ministry for Primaries Industries Farm Monitoring programme has been in operation since 2004. New Zealand Winegrowers is a co-funder. The model collates actual financial data from around 50 Marlborough vineyards and is distilled into a representative model vineyard.

Greg Dryden, Fruition Horticulture, will present the results for 2023 including trends and key performance features. He will also summarise the main factors impacting profitability of the survey group using quartile analysis to investigate the drivers of revenue, expenses and surplus for Marlborough vineyards.

This free session will run from 3.30pm for 45 minutes and have a Q&A component. It will be followed by MWG AGM which you are encouraged to stay for to learn more about your regional wine association and what areas are work on your behalf.
