Participating Wineries
Over 200 top Marlborough wines will be on display for guests to sample alongside local cuisine. With over 50 wineries present on the day this event will be a unique opportunity to sample all that Marlborough has to offer in one location.
Chef's table
A series of free Chef’s Table culinary demo’s will be conducted by five top NZ top Chefs including Michelin trained Matt Bouterey of Bouterey’s, Cuisine Restaurant Personality of the Year 2011 Jonny Schwass, well known Marlborough localvore Chris Fortune and Te Waonui Forest Retreat’s Rudolf Segers, along with Nelson’s Grant Dicker from the Mint Dining Room. All five Chefs will tantalise and impress using local produce including Regal Salmon and New Zealand Beef and Lamb, and matching these dishes by the wines of some of Marlborough’s top wineries. These sessions will all be free, and attendees will be free to watch local produce prepared, cooked and matched with Marlborough Wines.
